Project

I recently had the chance to work on an exciting branding project for Jordan in the Community. Jordan is a friend of mine based in Paignton. He’s a positive and driven person, deeply involved in charity and helping others. Alongside his community work, he runs multiple businesses, including Gaia, Fivewalls, and a consultancy that helps startups secure funding.

Jordan needed a personal brand that tied all his efforts together. The challenge was to create something that reflected his values—positivity, growth, and connection—while also being easy to use across social media and websites.

Brand Package

Here’s what I designed for Jordan’s brand:

  • Logo: A fresh, clean design that’s eye-catching and meaningful.

  • Brand guidelines: To keep things consistent across platforms.

  • Color palette: Friendly and approachable, with colors that stand out in a busy social media feed.

  • Fonts: Professional but welcoming, perfect for both web and print.

  • Emblem: A unique design combining the letters “C” and “O” into an infinity symbol with a leaf. This represents infinite growth for businesses and the community.

  • Favicon: A small, simple version of the logo for use in web browsers.

  • Long-form logo: For when the full name, Jordan in the Community, takes center stage.

Infinite Growth

Jordan’s brand name is quite long, so designing a logo that was clear and memorable took some problem-solving. The infinity and leaf emblem became the central feature, tying together his ideas of growth and positivity.

I focused on how the brand would look on social media, as that’s a key part of Jordan’s presence. The colors are warm and engaging, making sure his posts pop in a crowded Instagram feed.

Why this Matters

Jordan plays a big role in the Paignton community, and it was important to reflect that in his brand. This project wasn’t just about creating something visually appealing—it was about building a tool that helps him connect with his audience and grow his impact.

Working with Jordan was a rewarding experience, especially since we’re friends. It’s inspiring to see how much he gives back to the community, and I’m proud to have helped him create a brand that reflects who he is and what he stands for.
